Key skills
Professional experience
Defines product strategy and manages end-to-end development for a two-sided sports-court booking marketplace across iOS and Android platforms.
- Published application to the App Store and Google Play, reaching version 1.0.7 across 19 total builds.
- Engineered backend infrastructure using Firebase and TypeScript to process Stripe webhooks and automated charge jobs.
- Configured bilingual English and Arabic store listings and managed Apple and Google compliance reviews.
- Onboarded initial partner venues in Ras Al Khaimah for marketplace launch.
Projects
Built an image-classification pipeline over pretrained ViT and ConvNeXt embeddings with a Linear SVM head, reaching 0.949 cross-validated accuracy on animal classification and 0.936 on fine-grained bird species. Scored 0.956 and 0.900 on the two public Kaggle leaderboards for the cohort.
Implemented networked multiplayer over TCP in C with a custom message-framing layer shared by client and server, covering connection establishment, game state synchronisation and protocol-level error handling.
Flutter, Firebase, AssemblyAI and GPT app delivering sub-300 ms live transcription across 8+ screens for cross-language communication. Led a 4-member team and demoed to 6 judges.
Two team-built Java games designed against GRASP and Gang-of-Four patterns (Strategy, Composite, Observer, Factory, Singleton, Adapter), delivered with domain models, design class diagrams and dynamic sequence diagrams.
Uniform Cost Search solver with duplicate-state detection for an NP-complete puzzle, plus Iterated Width novelty pruning that cut explored states by roughly 70% on large boards, with memory-safe state transitions across 1,000+ node expansions.
Twelve-class, 1,200-line dungeon crawler with enemies, projectiles, doors, keys and an in-game store, designed from a full UML model.
Twelve-screen Figma prototype for an AI gaming assistant with live translation and team-chat summarisation. Ran five user-testing sessions across three design iterations, improving task completion speed by around 30%.
Built the Next.js web dashboard on Firebase App Hosting for a camera-based traffic-violation detection system: camera feed ingestion, automatic number-plate recognition and violation triage, plus a self-serve camera onboarding kit for macOS and Windows. The wider project was owned by its final-year student author.
Contributed to a study platform built on React + Vite, a FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL with pgvector, including a Chrome extension that syncs Blackboard data so an AI tutor can answer over a student’s own course material.
